JJB Sports PLC27 July 2006 JJB Sports Plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 1,695,712 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected admission will be granted on 31 July 2006 and trading willcommence on 1 August 2006. These shares are being issued as a result of the grants to the JJB Sports Plc2006 Long Term Incentive Plan. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
