The Block Listing shares are to be issued in respect of the Company'sShare Option Schemes (Spirax-Sarco Engineering 1992 UK Share Option Scheme(35,038 shares), Spirax-Sarco Engineering 1992 Overseas Share Option Scheme(186,741 shares), Spirax-Sarco Engineering Approved Share Option Scheme (19,322shares) and Spirax-Sarco Engineering Global Share Option Scheme (258,899shares)).
