Celtic Resources Holdings PLC04 August 2006 Celtic Resources Holdings plc ("the Company") Additional listing and allotments to directors Application has been made for 342,000 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each tobe admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. Theseshares are being issued under the staff incentive scheme at £2.48 per share. These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings areexpected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00 a.m. on 11 August 2006.
