GW Pharmaceuticals PLC02 March 2005 GW Pharmaceuticals plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Further to the announcement made on 28 February 2005, application has been madefor 2,034,894 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of theCompany (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Alternative InvestmentMarket of the London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM") pursuant to the placement of theShares at 123.5 pence per Share. The Shares will rank pari passu with theexisting ordinary shares in the Company. Trading in the Shares is expected to commence on 8 March 2005.
