Block Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a Block Listing totalling 900,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Imagination Technologies Group plc ('the Company') to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The Block Listing consists of 500,000 shares to be issued under the Share Incentive Plan and 400,000 shares to be issued under the Employee Share Plan.

When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will commence on or shortly after 9th October 2015.
