Gyrus Group PLC26 July 2006 26 July 2006 Gyrus Group Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company today announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority andthe London Stock Exchange for a listing of 123,580 ordinary shares of 1p each inthe capital of the Company ("the Shares") to be admitted to the Official Listand to trade on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares will be issued pursuant tothe Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 26th April 2004 and Amendment No.1of 8th June 2006.
