Photo-Me International PLC24 January 2008 PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL PLC Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 5,710,000 Ordinary shares of 0.5p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of theCompany. The block listings consist of 3,710,000 shares to be issued under the SeniorStaff Share Option Scheme and 2,000,000 shares to be issued under the Photo-MeExecutive Share Option Scheme.
