African Platinum Plc21 June 2005 African Platinum plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc("AIM") for the admission to trading of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p eachin the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passuwith the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and are being issued as the resultof the exercise of 2,000,000 options each by Phil Edmonds and Andrew Groves,both former directors of the Company.
