Additional Listing

Arden has today made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 50,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM. The new Ordinary Shares have been issued to satisfy the exercise of options by an employee under the Arden Partners Share Plan 2007 and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that admission of the new Ordinary Shares will take place on 4 May 2011.
