Sutton Harbour Holdings PLC24 November 2006 Sutton Harbour Holdings plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Sutton Harbour Holdings plc announces that pursuant to the exercise of shareoptions under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, the Company will issue afurther 108 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") taking thetotal number of shares issued to 24,342,130. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities ("Admission").Admission is expected to become effective on 30th November 2006.
