Torotrak PLC16 February 2006 Torotrak plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made today to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 75,427 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London StockExchange's main market for listed securities. The Ordinary Shares are beingissued pursuant to the exercise of options by employees under the 2002 Sharesavescheme. Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 22February 2006.
