Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company")
Applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 587,015 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares, which rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company, have been issued following the vesting of awards under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan.
Admission is expected to take place on 26 March 2015.
