Block Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 7,000,000 Common Shares of US$0.01 each in Catlin Group Limited to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

When shares covered by this block listing are allotted, they will be issued in connection with the Catlin Group Limited Performance Share Plan adopted in 2004 and the Performance Share Plan adopted in 2013. They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

No admission of shares will take place under this block listing before 23 February 2015.
