Stanelco PLC07 April 2006 Stanelco plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Company will make application to the UK Listing Authority and to the LondonStock Exchange for 1,402,525 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("OrdinaryShares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main marketof the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission willoccur on 11 April 2006.
