Celtic Resources Holdings PLC16 November 2005 Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("the Company") Additional listing Application has been made for 62,500 new ordinary shares of €0.25 each to beadmitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Theseshares are being issued by the Company in settlement of an amount due toadvisers for fees, according to the terms of their agreements at £1.75 per newordinary share. These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings areexpected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00 a.m. on 22 November2005.
