Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,700,000 ordinary shares of 17.5 pence each in the capital of NEX Group plc (the "Company") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The shares will be issued to satisfy the vesting of share awards pursuant to the NEX Group plc 2016 Performance Share Plan.
Admission of the shares is expected to take place on 29 October 2018.
