AssetCo PLC16 May 2007 AssetCo PLC AssetCo PLC has applied to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 145,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to AIM. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinaryshares of the Company. These shares will be issued in respect of the Enterprise Management IncentiveScheme.
