Yoomedia PLC06 December 2006 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 4 December 2006 that Platinum Partners ValueArbitrage Fund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of10,000,000 ordinary shares at 1p per share. The service of the Loan Notice wasin accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006. Application will be made for 10,000,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 11 December 2006.
