DAIRY FARM INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITEDApplication for Block Listing of New Shares Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announced today that it had made application to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List and a block listing of 960,000 fully-paid new ordinary shares of US$0.055/9 each of the Company (the 'New Shares'). The New Shares will be allotted and issued on exercise of the share options granted under The Dairy Farm International Share Option Plan 2005, and will rank, pari passu, with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
