Wilmington Group Plc27 September 2007 Additional Listing Wilmington Group plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to beadmitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading. 500,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each are to be listed under a block listing pursuant to theCompany's 1999 Approved Share Option Scheme and 500,000 ordinary shares of 5peach are to be listed under a block listing pursuant to the Company's 1995Unapproved Share Option Scheme. It is expected that admission will occur andtrading will commence on 2 October 2007. The shares will rank pari passu withthe existing issued ordinary shares.
