Begbies Traynor Group PLC14 November 2006 BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC Additional Listing The Company announces that it has applied to AIM for the admission to trading of5,709 Ordinary Shares of 5p in the company. These shares are being issued at aprice of £1.6185 per share in connection with the recently launched staff SIPscheme. Further allocations will occur under the scheme in future months. The shares are expected to trade on Friday 17 November and the total number ofshares in issue, following admission, will be 75,306,125.
