Greggs PLC12 December 2005 On the 12 December 2005, Greggs plc (the "Company") applied for admission tolisting by way of block listing of 50,000 ordinary share of 20p each. Theshares subject to the block listing, will be used by the Company to satisfy therequirement for shares arising on the exercise of share options granted underthe Company's employee share option schemes.
