Application has been made to AIM for admission of 72,205 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.
Admission is expected to become effective on 5th June 2008
