Yoomedia PLC13 September 2006 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 8 September 2006 that Platinum Partners ValueArbitrage Fund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of7,453,416 ordinary shares at 1.61p per share. The service of the Loan Noticewas in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May2006. The Company was also notified on 11 September 2006 that Highbridge CapitalManagement, LLC, have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of 7,588,448ordinary shares at 1.6185p per share. The service of the Loan Notice was inaccordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006. In addition, the Company was notified that two former employees had servednotice to exercise options relating to 19,106 ordinary shares each (totaling38,212 ordinary shares) at the exercise price of 1p per share. The Company resolved on 5 September 2006 to issue 14,478,417 ordinary shares toMr Leo Noe at a conversion rate of 2p per share pursuant to a loan agreemententered between Mr Noe and the Company on 29 March 2006. Application will be made for 29,558,493 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 18 September 2006.
