Hydrogen Group PLC04 January 2007 Hydrogen Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to AIM for admission of 153,849 ordinary shares of 1peach in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing shares in issue. 26,750 shares have been allottedpursuant to the exercise of options and 127,099 shares have been allotted inaccordance with the rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan. Admission is expected to become effective on 10 January 2007.
