Offshore Mauritania Roc Oil (Mauritania) Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of ROC, advises that as0600 hours (local time) on 15 April 2008, the Banda NW appraisal well hadreached a Total Depth of 2,703 mBRT and a wireline logging programme isunderway. Following completion of the wireline logging at Banda NW, the Atwood "Hunter"will move to the Chinguetti Oil and Gas Field where it will carry out aprogramme of planned well interventions and drill two new production wells.
