Acquisition of Medici Data Oy

WM-data, a LogicaCMG company, already owns 36 per cent of the shares of Medici Data Oy and has today purchased the remaining shares. The acquisition strengthens WM-data's position as an IT systems and solutions provider, developer and partner of the health care sector in Finland.

Medici employs a total of 88 employees, all of whom will transfer to WM-data.

The total net assets of Medici Data at 31 December 2006 were ¢â€š¬6.7 million.
