For Immediate Release23 December 2008 Completion of acquisition

Further to the announcement on 28 October 2008, Charles Taylor Consulting plc ("CTC") has now received regulatory approval from the Financial Services Authority to its proposed acquisition of Westminster Motor Insurance Association Limited ("WMIAL") from Santam (UK) Limited (the "Acquisition") and this transaction has now been completed.
