Hellenic Telecomms Organization S A22 November 2007 Announcement Athens, November 22, 2007 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTESA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 24), Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005,announces that: On November 21, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 1,027,151Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for a total of €26,960,654 (€26,2480 per share). Before the aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 86.16%of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA. and following the aforementionedtransaction, OTE SA holds 86.47% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA.
