Re: Acquisition of Capital Court, Uxbridge.

Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust ("SLIPIT") wishes to announce that it has exchanged contracts for the purchase of an office investment in Uxbridge for £11m, representing a net initial yield of 9.95%. Completion of the purchase is scheduled for 01 April 2009.
