29 January 2014 One Media IP Group Plc ("One Media" or the "Group") Acquisition of Lumi Entertainment Ltd's Digital Revenue Stream Notice of Preliminary Results One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP) the digital media content provider whichconsolidates, exploits and monetises intellectual property rights around musicand video, is pleased to announce that it has acquired the revenues and profitsgenerated by the Lumi Entertainment Ltd ("Lumi") catalogue of rights ("TheCatalogue") for a consideration of USD$75,000 (seventy five thousand USdollars). The Catalogue contains thousands of recordings performed by various artists anda variety of instrumental light music and classical content from over the last50 years. The Catalogue is currently generating a modest level of income viaits distributor, which the Group will further recompile with its own catalogueof 170,000 music tracks to gain further traction within the digital audiomarket. The Group would also like to take this opportunity to announce that it will bereleasing its preliminary results for the year ended 31st October 2013 on the19th February 2014.
