Hellenic Telecomms Organization S A03 December 2007 Announcement Athens, December 3, 2007 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTESA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 24), Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005,announces that: On November 30, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 2,798,387Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for a total of €73,454,599 (€26.2489 per share). Before the aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 89.09%of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA. and following the aforementionedtransaction, OTE SA holds 89.93% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA.
