Further to our previous announcement on 30 October 2009.

Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited has completed the purchase of Northern and Shell Tower, Docklands for £10m, and a yield of 8.6%. The office building is let for a further 13 years to Northern and Shell plc at a current rent of £909,000pa.
