Hellenic Telecomms Organization S A28 November 2007 Announcement Athens, November 28, 2007 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTESA), in accordance with Law 3461/2006 (Article 24), Law 3556/2007 and 3340/2005,announces that: On November 27, 2007 OTE SA acquired through the Athens Stock Exchange 1,334,565Cosmote shares with corresponding voting rights, for a total of €35,028,568 (•26.2472 per share). Before the aforementioned transaction OTE SA held 88.16% ofthe total voting rights of Cosmote SA. and following the aforementionedtransaction, OTE SA holds 88.55% of the total voting rights of Cosmote SA.
