Titanium Resources Group Ltd24 April 2007 Titanium Resources Group Posting of Annual Report and Accounts Director Share Options 24 April, 2007: Titanium Resources Group Ltd ("TRG" or "the Company") has postedits 2006 Annual Report and Accounts to Shareholders together with the notice ofAnnual General Meeting to take place at The London Hilton Metropole Hotel, 225Edgeware Road London W2 1JU, United Kingdom on Wednesday 16 May 2007 at 9.00a.m. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are available in accordance withthe AIM rules on the company's web site at www.titaniumresources.com. The Annual Report and Accounts disclose that Len Comerford, Chief Executive, wasgranted 750,000 options ("the Options") to TRG common shares on his appointmenton 1 May 2006 at an exercise price of 77.75p per share. The Options represent0.35% of the Company's fully diluted share capital and expire on 1 May 2011. TheCompany regrets that it omitted this information which should have beendisclosed in accordance with the AIM rules at the same time that his appointmentwas announced on 2 May 2006.
