Zytronic PLC18 March 2008 18 March 2008 ZYTRONIC PLC INCENTIVE AWARD Zytronic plc ("the Company") announces that it has today agreed an incentiveaward for Mark Cambridge, Chief Executive, whereby he has been granted anincentive arrangement over a maximum of 200,000 ordinary shares in the Companyat a vesting price of 25p per share. Vesting of the shares up to the maximum number available is dependent on theachievement of certain performance criteria (set by the Company's RenumerationCommittee) linked to an increase in earnings per share ("EPS") in each of thethree years ending 30 September 2011. In the event that the target EPS is notachieved by the year ending 30 September 2011, there will be a decreasingmaximum number of shares which could vest depending on the achievement of thetarget EPS by no later than the year ending 30 September 2013.
