Exercise of Options

The Company announces that on Monday 19 April 2010, options were exercised by a former employee of the Company in respect of 21,363 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, will commence on 26 April 2010.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, following the allotment of the New Ordinary Shares, its issued share capital of the Company is 14,710,484. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share having the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
