Exercise of share options
The Company announces that Denis G W Mullan, Group Finance Director, today has exercised share options over 88,000 shares, granted in March 2004 at 70.0p per share.
He has also informed the Company that his elder son, Alexander J W Mullan, is over 18 years old and so his shareholding of 10,000 ordinary shares is no longer a holding which requires disclosure.
Following these transactions, the beneficial interests of Denis G W Mullan, including those of his immediate family, have been increased to 210,109 ordinary shares (from 132,109 ordinary shares), representing 1.4% of the total enlarged voting rights of the Company.
