Director Shareholding
The Company announces that on 5 October 2010, it granted parallel options over, in aggregate, 77,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the Zytronic plc Enterprise Management Incentive Plan (the "EMI Plan") to employees, of which 27,250 were granted to Mark Cambridge, Chief Executive. The options will operate in parallel to EMI options previously granted on 10 January 2006.
The parallel options will become exercisable on 5 October 2013 at a price of £1.76 per share, subject to the EMI Plan conditions. If the EMI options previously granted on 10 January 2006 are exercised, it is a condition of exercise that the parallel options are waived for no consideration and vice versa.
