The Company announces that it received notification on 27 January 2011 that, on 26 January 2011, the wife of Mr David Buffham, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 227.1p per ordinary share.
As a consequence of this transaction Mrs Buffham is currently interested in 7,500 ordinary shares representing 0.05 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
