Additional Block Admission Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of 364,623 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM in connection with the Company's Unapproved Executive Scheme in 2011 and Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme in 2010, 2011 and 2012 (the "Schemes"). These New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Schemes. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
As at today, there are 14,914,190 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. The Company will notify on a monthly basis when there are changes to the issued share capital of the Company, and these monthly figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
