Nike Exclusivity Agreement Extension

6 June 2023 - Zotefoams, a world leader in cellular materials technology, is pleased to announce that its exclusivity agreement with Nike to develop footwear technology and supply materials to the global footwear, apparel and equipment company has been extended to 31 December 2029.

The agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Zotefoams supply Nike exclusively with high-performance foam materials within the footwear industry.

Due to the confidentiality surrounding this agreement, Zotefoams is unable to disclose the specific details of the agreement. Other than its length, all other conditions within the agreement remain unchanged.
