Zotefoams PLC21 December 2007 Zotefoams plc ("the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Company announced on 14 May 2007 and 29 March 2006 that options had beenawarded under its HMRC approved share option scheme ("the Scheme"). However, theScheme expired in 2005 and therefore such options were unable to be awardedunder the Scheme. The Company intends to seek approval at its 2008 AGM tore-activate the Scheme.
