Directors' Shareholdings
The Company announces that the Executive Directors have been granted restricted ordinary 5p shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP") as set out below on 31 March 2011. The shares will normally only be released after three years and are subject to satisfaction of service conditions.
