Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 12 December 2011 that Mr Alex Walker, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 December 2011 at a price of 112 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Walker is interested in 5,000 Ordinary Shares representing under 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
