Zotefoams PLC12 July 2007 12 July 2007 Zotefoams plc ('Zotefoams') Directorate changes Zotefoams is pleased to announce that Richard Clowes will join the Board on 23July 2007 as a non-executive director. He will become a member of the Audit,Nominations and Remuneration Committees. Richard, aged 56, worked for TI Group plc from 1972-1991 and GKN Plc from1991-2005. He has wide operations and general management experience at bothcompanies and whilst at GKN he was a Divisional Managing Director for theirPowder Metallurgy, Offhighway and Autocomponents Divisions. He was a main BoardDirector of GKN plc from 2001 to 2005. Richard is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institute of MechanicalEngineers. Chris Ryan, a non-executive director of Zotefoams plc, has informed the Board ofhis intention to resign as a director of the Company at the end of the year atwhich point Chris will have served eight years as a director. The Board wouldlike to thank Chris for his contribution and service to the Company during thisperiod. The following information has been notified to the Company by Richard Clowes andis disclosed in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing Rules ofthe UK Listing Authority.
