Zoopla Property Group Plc
Share purchase to cover warrant exercises
Zoopla Property Group Plc (LSE:ZPLA) (the "Company") announces its intention to purchase 188,340 ordinary shares of GBP 0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to satisfy the exercise of warrants.
The purchase of the Shares, which will commence immediately, will be conducted in accordance with the authorisation granted to the Company by shareholders at the AGM held on 12 February 2015. It is intended that the Shares bought back will be held in Treasury, until released as required, to satisfy warrant exercises.
The Company has appointed Jefferies International Limited to execute the purchases.
