SALE OF HOMETRACK AUSTRALIA TO REA GROUP LIMITED APPROVED BY
AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION
ZPG Plc (LSE:ZPG) ("ZPG"), which owns and operates some of the UK's most trusted digital brands that help empower smarter property and household decisions including Zoopla, uSwitch, Money, PrimeLocation and Hometrack, today announces that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has confirmed that it will not intervene in the sale of Hometrack Australia Pty Limited to REA Group Limited (ASX:REA), making the transaction unconditional.
Completion of the sale is expected to take place in the coming days.
