Directorate Change

Zoopla Property Group Plc (the "Company") announces that David Dutton will step down from the Company board of directors (the "Board") with effect from 30 June 2016. David is nominated to sit on the Board as a Non Executive Director by DMG Media Investments Limited ("DMGT") pursuant to the relationship agreement entered into between the Company and DMGT.

David shall be replaced on the Board by Kevin Beatty who sat on the Zoopla Limited board prior to the Company's initial public offering. Kevin Beatty will be appointed to the Board with effect from 1 July 2016. Kevin is currently a director of Daily Mail and General Trust Plc. No further details are required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
