THE ZERO PREFERENCE GROWTH TRUST PLC
The announcement of the net asset value released yesterday under PRNUK-2205081153-5DDD contained an error in the information on the gross assets which should have been ‚£12.17m and not ‚£12.92m. The corrected announcement is set out in full below.
The Company announces that the bid price Net Asset Values, including current period revenue, at 20 May 2008 were:
per Ordinary unit 77.13p per Growth share 4.07p
per Zero Dividend Preference share 73.06p
Gross assets less current liabilities ‚£12.17m
On 19 May 2008, the Company decreased the total amount drawn down under the Bank of Scotland facility by ‚£750,000 to ‚£570,000. The Company is currently eligible to draw down a maximum of ‚£1,500,000 under the loan facility.
Fair value of the debt is not materially different from the par value so no additional fair value NAV is required.
